Developer Blizzard Entertainment rolled out the latest round of hotfixes for MMORPG World of Warcraft, going over retail, Cataclysm Classic and Season of Discovery versions of the game.
This time, the retail version of the game received the least amount of changes. Beast Mastery Hunters, Windwalker Monks and Holy Paladins got some fixes for their abilities, while Tainted Fragments located in the Taelloch area of the Ringing Deeps no longer cause overwhelming amounts of damage. Additionally, Cloak of Questionable Intent should now drop in Mythic+ and the Great Vault
WoW – Cataclysm Classic Fixes:
- Fixed an issue with Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa’s Rest, where sometimes it would interact with Frostfire Orb and cause inappropriate healing and snare values. When this item is used with Frostfire Orb, the duplicated damage will now appear as “Wrath of Tarecgosa” instead of “Frostfire Orb” and will no longer cause the interaction bug.
- Developers’ note: The changes below went live with this week’s realm restarts.
- Dragon Soul is now available in Looking for Group.
- Madness of Deathwing will now drop two Essence of Corrupted Deathwing on Normal and Heroic difficulties.
- Spine of Deathwing will now drop an Essence of Corrupted Deathwing.
- Crystalline Geodes will now have a higher chance to award an epic gem.
- Elementium-Coated Geodes can now drop Elven Peridot, Deepholm Iolite, and Lightstones.
- Queen’s Garnet has had its chance to drop increased, ensuring that it is the most plentiful, with all others having an even distribution.
WoW – Season of Discovery Changes:
- Developers’ note: The changes below went live with this week’s realm restarts.
- The stun during the Kel’thuzad encounter on Hard Mode 4 can no longer be immuned.
- Kel’thuzad now correctly comes back up with full health regardless of debuffs placed on him during the transition phase.
