Hold your handhelds close, the latest direct to consumer update from Nintendo is coming later today. With rumours of an upcoming Nintendo Direct stream swirling, the house of Mario finally dropped a date, yesterday. With just a full day’s notice, social media feeds confirmed that we will get to see more Nintendo Switch titles on the release calander, at 7 AM PT / 10 AM ET / 3 PM BST today.
The update confirms that we will see a host of new Nintendo Switch game due to release later in 2024. While that doesn’t mean we have any firm idea what they are, the internet has its own ideas. Demand for information on the long anticipated Hollow Knight: Silksong continues, as it does before every stream, while we can’t help noticing a pent-up demand for a certain Italian plumber’s mansion.
