Developer Maxis and publisher Electronic Arts have revealed that The Sims 4 is in for three new kits: Restoration Workshop, Golden Years and Kitchen Clutter. They will be launching on PC via EA app, Mac via Origin, Epic Games Store and Steam, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One systems on May 1st.
“Celebrate more of life’s moments with these three new Kits in The Sims 4! Get your hands dirty and fix up well-loved, broken-down appliances with the new Restoration Workshop Kit. Embrace life’s mess and create a kitchen full of clutter in the new Kitchen Clutter Kit. And of course, it’s time for elder Sims to finally celebrate in the late stages of life with the Golden Years Kit, which brings more styles that embrace, well, the Golden Years.”
With The Sims 4 Restoration Workshop, you can take well-loved, broken-down appliances and give them a second life with the Handiness Skill. You can even build out your workshop for your handy Sim with modular shelves loaded with tools, woodworking benches that are coated in a thick layer of dust, even water heaters, fuse box and functional floor fan.
Meanwhile, Golden Years kit allows you to celebrate a storied life of elders while giving them a chance to enjoy the fruits of their labor. Elder Sims can celebrate their long and interesting lives by dressing in styles that are made for their life stage.
Last but not least, Kitchen Clutter kit gives a new life to your kitchen, the hub of family life, with lunchboxes, a kitchen timer, recipe tablet and much more!
