Eclipse Glow Games has announced that Tides of Annihilation will be publicly playable during Gamescom 2026. The extended demo will allow players to experience the game’s neo-medieval atmosphere and combat. Moreover, it will offer branching paths with different exploration and combat experiences, including key environments and epic set pieces. The team will use this first global playtest as a chance to gather valuable feedback from first-time players.

Gamescom 2026 takes place in Cologne, Germany, from August 26 to August 30, 2026. Attendees can find the Tides of Annihilation stand at Hall 6, Booth B-050 in Koelnmesse. Moreover, the developers has prepared a surprise for the fans. A special new video trailer will premiere at Opening Night Live on August 25 before the event doors open.
Tides of Annihilation is a single-player action–adventure title, currently in development for PC (Steam, Epic Games Store), Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5.
