Warhaven starts Early Access on PC and Nexon dropped some console news at Tokyo Game Show
Nexon’s big budget medieval brawler begins Early Access today, bringing blood and battle onto PC screens across the globe. While a huge swathe of the gaming industry is busy at Tokyo Game Show, the rest of us are trying to find something interesting to play. If hellspawn aren’t your thing, then maybe Nexon’s Warhaven might be of interest. The well received battle e sim got some hype during a previous global beta test, and now the castle ramparts are open. Players picking up the Early Access version of this title will drop into a high-fidelity historical environment, ripe for savagery.
The multiplayer PvP medieval-fantasy fighter pits two teams of 12 vs. 12 combatants against each other, in a battle for glory. Epic objective-based battles pit a range of classes against each other. Swords, spears, maces, and more come to the fight. You’ll need to make the best tactical decisions and still excel at first person combat to plant your flag. Individual players will be able to utilize a range of mechanics across maps, from simple choke points to massive cannons. Players can even become powerful Immortals whose incredible powers can sway the tide of battle.
