Wizards of the Coast and Invoke Studios have shared the official gameplay reveal trailer for Warlock: Dungeons & Dragons, the upcoming original third-person single-player action-adventure set within a dark fantasy open world.
Play as Kaatri, an experienced warrior who makes a dangerous pact with Tasha to find someone she has lost. Combine forbidden magic, spells, rituals, and otherworldly weapons to open paths, create advantages, uncover secrets, and defeat monsters creatively. Venture beyond the Mists of Darkon, where danger, opportunity, and hidden power wait around every corner.
Players will have to use dark magic to overcome a wide range of challenges, from combat to exploration: every spell is a key that unlocks new paths and possibilities. Combining magic and melee leads to satisfying combat that bth tactical and visceral.
The result is a fluid, systems-driven approach to exploration and combat, where observation and experimentation can uncover new paths, create unexpected solutions and produce spectacular combinations.
