Blizzard Entertainment has announced that BCC Anniversary Edition: Overlords of Outland launches on May 14 at 3:00 PM PDT / 23:00 BST. The battle for Outland intensifies. Players should prepare to fight against Illidan Stormrage’s lieutenants, tackle two new raids, compete in Arena Season 2, and pursue new rewards across the shattered world.

Two New Raids
- Tempest Keep: The Eye – Located in Netherstorm. Four bosses: Void Reaver, Al’ar, High Astromancer Solarian, and Kael’thas Sunstrider. Three Tier 5 tokens drop from Void Reaver and Kael’thas.
- Serpentshrine Cavern – Located in Coilfang Reservoir, Zangarmarsh. Six bosses: Hydross the Unstable, The Lurker Below, Leotheras the Blind, Fathom-Lord Karathress, Morogrim Tidewalker, and Lady Vashj. Three Tier 5 tokens drop from Leotheras the Blind, Fathom-Lord Karathress, and Lady Vashj.
Arena Season 2
- One-week off-season between Season 1 and Season 2
- Honor does not reset at Season 2 start
- Unspent Arena Points convert to Honor (1 Arena Point = 10 Honor)
- Top 0.5% of players receive an exclusive Gladiator mount
Druid Swift Flight Form
- Available in Phase 2. Prerequisites: Level 70, Artisan Riding (300 skill), Honored with Lower City (access to Heroic Sethekk Halls), and materials (10 Bogblossoms, 10 Ancient Lichen, 10 Dreaming Glory).
- Only druids on or who have completed the questline can summon Anzu. Anzu has a chance to drop the Reins of the Raven Lord.
New Daily Factions
- Ogri’la: Evolved ogres in Blade’s Edge Mountains fighting the Black Dragonflight and Burning Legion
- Sha’tari Skyguard: Air wing of the Sha’tar defending Shattrath City and battling arakkoa in Skettis
New Profession Recipes
- Engineering: New epic goggles
- Alchemy: Cauldron recipes (provide protection potions for entire raid)
