Developer Blizzard Entertainment released the latest content update for World of Warcraft: The War Within. “The Warning” serves as the prologue for the upcoming expansion, Midnight.
With the Ghosts of K’aresh behind us, Azeroth stands on the precipice of a future overshadowed by Xal’atath and the relentless advance of the Void. Accompany Vereesa Windrunner and her nephew, Arator, as the two seek help in defending Silvermoon from what’s to come.
“Though the Ghosts of K’aresh have been put to rest, a new danger looms. Vereesa Windrunner is stricken by visions of a new threat: a dire prophecy of Quel’thalas’ fall. You’ll continue The War Within campaign to learn more about what portents await.”
If you need a refresher on the elves of Quel’thalas, Lorewalker Cho has a new story to tell, spanning from the Scourge attack on Silvermoon to the tainting of the Sunwell by Alleria Windrunner and the creation of Void Elves. Other additions include the Pandaren Heritage Armor, Turbulent Timeways event and the return of The Brawler’s Guild.
World of Warcraft – Legion Remix Fixes Include:
- Aeonicus can now teach mages the Arcane Momentum technique.
- Hunters can now find tameable hyenas, clefthoofs, core hounds, stone hounds, and devilsaurs on the Broken Isles.
- Zandalari Trolls can now pray at a shrine at the Infinite Bazaar near Dalaran to choose their Loa.
- The Imperious affix in Heroic World Tier now empowers nearby enemy damage by 30% (was 25%) occurring every 15 seconds for 10 seconds (was always active).
- Reduced the potency of Timeless Scroll of Chaos to be less effective than Demon Hunter’s Chaos Brand.
- Gathering nodes in Legion Remix have had their loot tables normalized.
- Rich Gathering Nodes now have a high chance to contain mementos.
- Seam Gathering Nodes now have a high chance to contain multiple mementos.
- Champion’s Insignias will no longer survive the conversion process to alternate timelines.
- Fixed an issue causing Monk timerunners to enter the wrong timeline of Uldum when heading “Off to Adventure”.
- Reign of Chaos and Tempest Wrath aura tooltips now display the correct amount of damage.
- Memento of Epoch Nostalgia is now usable from your inventory.
