Developer Blizzard Entertainment released the latest update for MMORPG World of Warcraft: Dragonflight. Patch 10.1.7: Fury Incarnate is now live with all the new content it adds, including the continuation of the main story as it prepares for major patch 10.2. Players can also expect the next chapters of the Reforging Tyr questline.
“Defend the land against the Primal Incarnates as they rally forces to claim the power of the World Tree, face the onslaught brought on by the Druids of the Flame in a new public event—Dreamsurges, honor the legacy of the undead and night elves with the new Forsaken and Night Elf Heritage Armor sets, band together to battle the Infinites to preserve Azeroth’s timeline in Heroic Dawn of the Infinite, and more.”
- Dreamsurges – Each week one of the four original Dragon Isles Zones will be affected by Waking Dream portals. For those who seek an additional challenge, encounters with rare creatures and event bosses will also have a chance to drop upgraded gear.
- New Heritage Armor Questline: Forsaken & Night Elves. Forsaken will also gain five new skin color variations, and the night elves can adorn themselves with additional choices of face and body tattoos.
- Dawn of the Infinite – this eight-boss Mythic-only mega-dungeon will be split into two queueable Heroic-difficulty dungeons.
Patch 10.2, expected to arrive later this year, will continue expanding available content past Fury Incarnate. The developers promise a new zone & story content, new raid, new open world challenges, new renown tracks & activities as well as the expected additions such as M+ & PvP Seasons.
