Following the animated short dedicated to Blood Knight Matriarch, Lady Liadrin, Blizzard Entertainment is back with another video dedicated to Arator, the son of two worlds – human and high elf, Turalyon and Alleria, Light and Void.
Born shortly before his parents ventured beyond the Dark Portal, Arator had experienced many ways of life: raised by his aunt Vereesa in Dalaran, trained by Lor’themar and Liadrin in Silvermoon, mentored to become a Paladin in Stormwind, and traveled all over Azeroth and beyond.
“As a half-elf whose upbringing was split between two kingdoms, Arator’s entire life has been one of division; but his choice to embrace this duality has given him a new purpose as he sets out to define his own legacy.”
In WoW: Midnight, Arator will embark on a new journey. At the request of Alonsus Faol, you will join this young Paladin on a continent-spanning adventure to seek out relics of the Light used by priests and paladins at the Sunwell when their reserves run dry. Arator’s mission brings new experiences to familiar locations, all while he takes another kind of journey, grappling with his relationships with both his family and the Light.
Here are just some of the places you’ll travel to:
- Seek out relics of early paladins at Light’s Hope Chapel and defend it from Scourge attack.
- Fight through the darkened corridors of Scarlet Monastery to put to rest those who would use the Light for their own hateful deeds.
- Work with Sunwalker Dezco in Hammerfall to help Arator discover the paladin he aspires to be.
