Developer Blizzard Entertainment rolled out a new set of hotfixes for MMORPG World of Warcraft: Midnight. The latest patch focuses on class balance chances, fixes to the Prey system and PvP.
At the moment, the Retail version of the game is biding its time until the relese of content update 12.1. Meanwhile, TBC Anniversary Edition got updated with the Overlords of Outland patch while MoP Classic is preparing for the arrival of the Siege of Orgrimmar.
WoW: Midnight – May 14 Hotfixes Include
Class Changes:
- Blood Death Knight: increased consistency and uptime of the Apex Talent, increased Health and Death Strike healing.
- Unholy Death Knight: Death and Decay can now be tracked in the cooldown manager.
- Vengeance Demon Hunter: changes to core values for Health and damage reduction, with an additional smaller increase specifically to Armor.
- Guardian Druid: Thrash direct damage reduced by 25%. Elune’s Favored now heals for 15% of Arcane damage dealt (was 25%).
- Marksmanship Hunter: Corrected an issue where Explosive Shot applied from the Salvo talent did not properly grant Lock and Load from the Shrapnel Shot talent when applied.
- Protection Paladin: Improvement to baseline durability by increasing passive effects which contribute to effective health. Adjustments to defensive cooldown coverage and strength.
- Restoration Shaman: Corrected an issue where Downpour would consume Nature’s Swiftness and Ancestral Swiftness.
- Diabolist Warlock: Fixed an issue where Diabolic Oculi would target creatures that are not in combat with their summoner.
- Protection Warrior: Protection melee damage mitigation is quite strong, but is a bit behind for magical attacks and damage-over-time effects. The developers have strengthened these areas as well as made it easier to maintain healthy Ignore Pain values.
