Developer Blizzard Entertainment kicked off the latest – and the last – raid of MMORPG World of Warcraft: The War Within. Manaforge Omega raid is available now, and the next stop is WoW: Midnight!
Gather your allies, including Xal’atath who is totally not waiting for the perfect moment to betray you, and enter Manaforge Omega, a massive cosmic facility where the Shadow Guard Ethereals seek to revive Dimensius. Brave the arcane dangers and engage in the epic battles that await, culminating in a showdown that could decide the fate of Azeroth.
To enter the raid, you first need to claim and utilize the Reshii Wraps artifact, which is available by playing through the Ghosts of K’aresh campaign. The instance features a total of 8 bosses, with the minimum recommended LFR item level being 651.
Raid Unlock Schedule:
- Week of August 12: Normal, Heroic, Mythic, Raid Finder Wing 1- Might of the Shadowguard (Plexus Sentinel; Loomíthar; Soulbinder Naazindhri)
- Week of August 19: Story Mode, Raid Finder Wing 2- Monsters of the Sands (Forgeweaver Araz, The Soul Hunters, Fractillus)
- Week of August 26: Raid Finder Wing 3- Heart of Darkness (Nexus-King Salhadaar, Dimensius, the All Devouring)
Deep within Manaforge Omega, Dimensius—the All-Devouring and destroyer of K’aresh—is slowly waking as his devoted ethereal followers use the Dark Heart to give him sustenance. If they succeed, they will unleash a being of unfathomable power that could destroy the very fabric of reality.
Needless to say, the raid comes packed with achievements, including the coveted Ahead of the Curve/Cutting Edge, and tantalizing rewards. The latter includes Royal Voidwing (coming from AotC) and Unbound Star-Eater (dropped by Dimensius in Mythic difficulty).
