Wuthering Waves Shared Story Cinematic ‘Happy Birthday’

Happy Birthday, Denia! Developer Kuro Games is back with a new story cinematic for Wuthering Waves, focusing on Denia and her decision. If you have not played the latest story, you might want to skip it until you’re done. Otherwise, it might spoil your experience and emotional feedback.

“It was simply her heartfelt wish. From this day on, she would remain with them, never to be parted again.”

Denia (5-star Fusion Rectifier) waves the ornate device in her hand, and bubbles burst out. The bubbles can protect one against Voidmatter to some extent. They look fragile and ready to pop at the slightest touch, but are capable of trapping enemies inside and sending them into a land of illusions.

As a Department of Voidmatters student at Startorch Academy, she has a “gentle” smile for one and all, and is liable to make witticisms. Though a professional slacker, she’s a keen observer. The sight of smiling faces around her always warms her heart.

But what is she hiding behind the cheerful facade? What does her own heart yearn for now that she’s experienced genuine friendship and affection? Play through the latest story in Version 3.3 to find out!

Additionally, the developers have already revealed the characters coming in the upcoming Version 3.4. Not only is it the long-awaited President Lucilla, but two exclusive characters coming as a part of the Cyberpunk: Edgerunners collab.
