Sony’s State of Play unveiled a new free to play pirate oceanic adventure Sea of Remnants.
Last night Netease took to the stage in Sony’s straight to consumer showcase and announced a new sea faring adventure, NetEase Games officially revealed Sea of Remnants, a free-to-play ocean adventure RPG developed by Joker Studio, launching for PlayStation 5, PC(Steam), iOS and Android in 2026.
Across a visually captivating world, the escapade puts players in the role of a puppet-like sailor who has lost all their memories. Alongside a mysterious firl they set sail across perilous oceans, vast swathes of sea, and uncharted islands. For secrets, discovery, and gold you’ll engage in naval combat, of course, interact with over 300 characters and recruit a crew.
Customize your very own ship with this crew and more. Modular upgrades and specialized teams will decide if your better at exploration of turn based combat, Battle rival factions and experience your own story in this massive world.
