First announced in 2023, this new adventure puts players in the role of a mighty sovereign. Sitting at the top of a crumbling empire, you will need to serve your people in a multitude of ways. Taking many of the first Grace’s game mechanics and building upon them, you’ll perform many duties. Tend to petitioners at court. Hear the woes of the common fold and deal out justice as you see fit. Balance your resources to decide who receives help from your treasury, and collect those taxes to keep the kingdom afloat. Just remember that your decisions, laws, and taxes might result in consequences.
Tend to court business by hiring agents and leaning on their insight. Each agent brings their own skills and their own storyline to the overall narrative. Keep the kingdom and its people together long enough, avoid backstabbing, and care for your own lineage, and maybe you’ll avoid invasion.
