Zenless Zone Zero’s Burnice jsut got a new character demo teaser it’s definitely something!
HoYoverse just dropped a new character teaser for yet another cast member from Zenless Zone Zero and I feel ill equipped to describe the chaos that ensued. Taking a closer look at Bernice, the latest member of the Sons of Calydon, to arrive on screen, this demo trailer feels like it’s plugged right into the TikTok generation. Featuring just over two minutes of whatever goes on in Bernice’s head, this leftfield dance intermission is best experienced.
Character demo videos like this tend to drop on YouTube and give fans of HoYo’s new urban action RPG a chance to understand the personality of the characters they might pull. While the latest special program reveals the combat characteristics and upcoming banners for this gacha success, this leans into the character personality.
The Sons of Calydon are group of bikers that survive out on the fringes of New Eridu. Existing in a grey area that skirts the boundaries of humanities’ last bastion of civilization, and the oppressing mundanity of everyday life, these powerful characters are a call to freedom and a little more chaotic than even the Cunning hares. Bernice is one of two S-Rank characters that Zenless Zone Zero added to the current update. After the Ceaser banner wraps up on 16 September, players can begin pulling for Burnice during the second phase of version 1.2.
Burnice’s banner, Born to Burn, will arrive in Phase 2 of Version 1.2. This will also include A-rank characters Lucy and Nicole. Burnice’s Banner should run from 16 October until 5 November.
As an S-Rank Fire Anomaly Agent, Burnice can accumulate a high degree of Anomaly Buildup for teams wanting to add this mix to the fight. Anybody who vibes with her attitude can join her when the second phase of version 1.2: Tour de Inferno, drops for free across PC and mobile.
