Promeia is an S-Rank Ice Anomaly agent who excels at triggering Abloom on enemies by consuming Trial by Cold, which can be obtained by converting Corrosive Chill. Her EX Special Attack activates the Bound Absolution state, allowing her to automatically trigger a Perfect Dodge when attacked. When the squad includes another Anomaly or Support agent, she can also boost the squad’s Abloom damage.
Her banner is currently available in-game. In the second half of the patch, it will be Starlight Billy’s time to shine.
