Developer HoYoverse is back with a glimpse of things to come in Zenless Zone Zero Version 2.8. Before Season 2 wraps up completely and we’re off to the flying utopian island, there are two more characters to squeeze in: Krampus Executioner Promeia and the one and only silly Billy Kid in his Starlight form.
Promeia – S-rank Ice Anomaly
Cool and collected, Krampus Executioner Promeia arrives in Version 2.8 to save Ice Anomaly from Miyabi’s clutches. Or will she become her sidekick instead? Stay tuned to find out.
Due to their uneasy shared past, Cissia is obviously afraid of the ex-Sweeper, stating that she’s an ice storm you don’t want to mess with. However, Xiao’Zhao states that she’s not quite what you think – but the details will cost you extra.
Last but not least, someone arrogant taunts Promeia to show her true nature and bare her fangs, likely old friend Romeul. Promeia herself just thinks that people talk too much.
“I’ve been prepared to crash and burn for a long time now. Moths are destined to fade away in a lightless night… but I don’t see that as tragic. I’m waiting… for judgment. Death isn’t my enemy, it’s… my salvation.” – Promeia.
Starlight Billy – S-rank Physical Rupture
Following Anby with her Soldier 0 gig, Billy decides to show what the previous champion of Calydon is all about, red scarf included. His new equipment – that Nicole is really stressed at the financial logistics of – can turn into guns, cannons, whip out a motorcycle… but can’t dispense mackerel, to Nekomata’s intense disappointment. Cunning Hares can’t stop winning!.. now, about those Nekomata buffs, pretty please?
Starlight Knights are not born out of the chosen few, as long as you hold courage in the face of darkness, the starlight shall answer your call. And we all know that Billy is the most courageous of them all.
