HoYoverse just dropped a new Trigger character teaser trailer, and it reveals a whole lot about this fearless sniper.
Due to drop in the during the second phase of the Zenless Zone Zero 1.6 update, Trigger is the latest playable Agent to drop into action adventure Zenless Zone Zero. Ahead of the 2 April release of this update, HoYoverse dropped a new video trailer, giving us a look at the motivation that drives this warrior.
The new trailer, titled “Testimony of the Blind”, follows the fallout from the infamous Hollow Zero incident. This powerful elemental eruption swallowed much of the old Eridu city in a massive rift. During combat in this Hollow, members of Lyre Squad were seemingly lost, along with trigger’s sight. At least, that’s the official story. Players will be able to delve further into this tale and follow Trigger’s path to unravel what actually happened, in the upcoming Zenless Zone Zero update. The next phase of version 1.6 will allow Proxies to pull for Trigger as part of the upcoming banners,

Now a member of the New Eridu defence force, Obol Squad, Trigger is an Electric type Stun Agent. She wields the electric sniper rifle Phlegethon and is considered an S Rank pull. Fans looking to draw for trigger will want to build her out with this in mind, stacking up Electric attack or stun. Synchronizing well with the likes of Anby Soldier 0, and Astra’s still ridiculous support capability, you’ll need to choose if this is the time to get your gacha in.
