Developer HoYoverse revealed that Zenless Zone Zero Season 3 teaser ‘Before the Wind Rises’ will be released tomorrow, April 30th at 12:00 PM (UTC+8). Tune in to catch a first glimpse at new characters joining the roster of the game in the 3.x cycle.
Even the teaser of the teaser already features some familiar faces such as Velina and Severian Lowell. Could Seth’s brother be released from the NPC jail in 3.x? Stay tuned to find out.
From the Season 3 Outlook Dev Talk we’ve learned that the events of the new season will be taking place on Roscaelifer, Lady Sunbringer’s flying utopia island. The past events in Helios academy will also slowly surface and make their way to Phaethon in the story that follows, whether it be by chance or otherwise.
Roscaelifer also has a special environmental phenomenon, Singularity Leakage, that warps the fabric of space in a localized area, briefly transforming it into an environment similar to a Hollow. Within this area, Proxies will find intricate pathways and shifting mechanisms, adding new experience to both exploration and combat.

We already know our first three – yes, that’s right, three! – characters to join the roster in Version 3.0. It is Pyrois (Ether Attack), Velina (Wind Anomaly) and Norma (Fire Stun).
However, the developers also released a tease art with some silhouettes, some familiar, some new, all exciting. Check it out below!
Judging by the ears, the leftmost figure is none other than Severian Lowell. The one in the center has to be Ramiel, while the figure on the right is undeniably Norma. That leaves two more figures that we’ll likely meet in tomorrow’s teaser. Don’t miss out!
