Zenless Zone Zero got updated with the latest Version 1.7: Bury Your Tears with the Past, bringing along new story, new S-rank agent Vivian (Ether Anomaly), and more!
In Version 1.7, Phaethon siblings will finally start receiving some answers. The missing Sacrifice Core, the Exaltists’ secret scheme, and more will come into play. As they share the same goal, the mayor will invite the Proxies and Mockingbird to cooperate on resolving the Sacrifice Crisis together. But what about the tension between Vivian, Hugo, Lycaon, and the Proxies? Not to mention, the rest of the TOPS Alliance? Suffice to say, that this mission will not go without danger.
The developers also released a new blog post outlining the update details. In addition to reminding Proxies to get their compensation polychromes from the in-game mail, it also features some interesting changes:
- Changes the English voice actors for Agents Koleda, Grace, and Rina, and replaces the corresponding voice lines.
- Optimizes the 3D models and art for Hugo & Vivian as well as the Strange Bird in Hollow Zero
- Fixes an issue where some of Agent Pulchra’s skills have a chance to display abnormally.
- Fixes an issue where some characters’ visual performance is abnormal during the story.
- Fixes an issue where, when Agents Astra Yao and Evelyn use their Chain Attack, it does not trigger “When any squad member launches a Chain Attack, it will refresh the duration of all squad members’ Elation” from Agent Lighter’s Additional Ability: Fighting Spirit.
- Fixes an issue where, under certain circumstances, when the active character triggered an Aftershock from other squad members, certain effects of Agent Caesar’s Radiant Aegis were applied to targets abnormally.
- Fixes an issue where Agent Trigger had a chance to receive DMG anomalously when triggering Aftershocks.
- Fixes an issue where certain effects of W-Engine Timeweaver were applied to the equipper abnormally.
