Developer HoYoverse kicked off the pre-installation for the latest update for Zenless Zone Zero. Version 1.7: Bury Your Tears with the Past is just around the corner, and pre-downloading and pre-installing some of the files lets you jump into the game ASAP after it releases.
- PC: the pre-download file size is about 6 GB. Open the HoYoPlay Launcher, and the “Pre-Download” icon will appear next to the “Start Game” button. Click the icon to begin the download. You can continue playing the game while the files are downloading and installing.
- Android and iOS: the pre-download is about 3 GB. Open the game and tap the “Pre-Download Resources” icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen to start downloading. Due to the file size, the developers suggest using Wi-Fi. Additionally, mobile players are unable to play the game during the pre-download.
- PS5 or PS5 Pro: the pre-download is 26 GB. After launching Zenless Zone Zero, if the device has sufficient reserved storage space, it will automatically begin the Zenless Zone Zero pre-download after a certain period of time. You can continue playing during the pre-download process.

Vivian, as an Ether Anomaly Agent, dances across the battlefield with a parasol and rapier, seamlessly shifting between grounded and aerial attacks. Her Basic Attack: Featherbloom amplifies Anomaly damage and synergizes with allies’ EX Special Attacks to boost the team’s Corruption damage.
Phase II:
- Hugo Vlad (S-rank Ice Attack) & Lighter (S-rank Fire Stun);
- Soukaku (A-rank Ice Support), Anton (A-rank Electric Attack);

Hugo, an Ice Attack Agent, wields a suitcase that transforms into a sharp scythe, carving through enemies with slashes and devastating area sweeps. When hitting stunned enemies, Hugo can trigger the Totalize effect, elevating his damage based on the enemies’ remaining stun duration.
