Developer HoYoverse had been on hand during the latest Zenless Zone Zero special program to introduce Version 3.0, taking place in the new region, Roscaelifer. The new season will officially kick off on June 17th, introducing new region, new element: Wind, new playable Agents, outfits, activities, endgame modes and much more. Let’s check them all out one-by-one!

Additionally, Zenless Zone Zero launches on Steam on June 17 alongside the release of Version 3.0: A Sleepwalker’s Confession, with cross-platform data sharing supported.

As the Proxy touched Remielle’s weapon, the Ether energy in their body spiraled out of control and put their friends in danger. To solve this matter, Mayor of New Eridu invites the siblings to the special restricted zone, Roscaelifer, the idyllic flying island under the control of Lady Sunbringer – or, rather, three of them.

The Proxies arrive at the main island as special transfer students and gradually uncover the secret behind a mysterious power known as Pyrois hidden within them. Meanwhile, a string of Bangboo self-destruction incidents has raised widespread alarm, anomalous fluctuations have emerged within the Energy Hub’s Hollows, and Remielle Dan returns to the skies above Roscaelifer.

A new crisis is brewing, and Proxies are inevitably drawn right into its center. Will they be able to solve it, or will they only add fuel to the fire? Play on to find out!

Phase I:

Velina (S-rank Wind Anomaly), Ye Shunguang (S-rank Honed Edge Attack)

Velina is the first Wind attribute Agent in Zenless Zone Zero. She can accumulate Wind Anomaly buildup on enemies, causing them to enter the Windswept state. When Windswept and another Attribute Anomaly are simultaneously applied to a target, a unique Vortex effect is triggered, dealing AoE damage of the other corresponding attribute to surrounding enemies. When the team includes two or more Anomaly Agents or Agents of the same attribute, Velina’s Windswept and Vortex damage will significantly increase. As more Agents join in future versions, her potential will continue to expand.

Phase II:

Norma (S-rank Fire Stun), Sunna (S-rank Physical Support)

S-Rank Fire attribute Stun Agent Norma is the ESD’s Chief Technician and a core member of the Marcel Group’s technological center. Her combat mechanic revolves around her signature hat, which continuously accumulates Preheated Chamber regardless of whether Norma is on or off the field.

With sufficient resources, she can convert teammates’ Quick Assists into Chain Attacks, creating additional Chain Attack opportunities for the entire squad.
