Developer HoYoverse is back with a new character demo for Zenless Zone Zero. In the latest trailer, Yixuan, the upcoming S-rank Rupture Agent, faces Void Hunter Hoshimi Miyabi and her endless will for training. In the virtual reality with no chance for collateral damage, the two can let loose for a bit, and show what they’re capable of.
“Yixuan Shifu, sorry to keep you waiting. We’re scheduled for a three-move training session.”
“Training?”
A strict white-haired woman in the yellow jacket, Yixuan is the High Preceptor of the Yunkui Summit. She is also the Void Hunter-level Special Investigator, which she proves in her training with Miyabi in the video above. She will likely continue to play a key role in the upcoming Season 2 while she mentors the Phaethon siblings in their study of Ether.

With her unique Attribute Auric Ink and Specialty Rupture, Grandmaster Yixuan ignores enemies’ Defense and deals all damage based on her Sheer Force, which can be increased according to her Attack and Max HP.
She also utilizes a special mechanic called Adrenaline instead of just regular Energy, and possesses 2 distinct Ultimate modes for varied combat scenarios, bringing Void Hunter-level prowess to the team.
Also stepping into the spotlight is Pan Yinhu, Yunkui Summit’s A-Rank Physical Defense Agent, who proves that even a kitchen-savvy panda can be a force to reckon with.
