HoYoverse has dropped a new character trailer for Billy, one of the central characters in Zenless Zone Zero.
Zenless Zone Zero is coming, and it seems that HoYoverse is ready to have us meet the myriad of characters that inhabit this colorful new world. First up, Billy. The studio behind the likes of Genshin Impact dropped a loud new character teaser for the robot with a mouth over the weekend. You can check out the full trailer at the top of this post.
Just under 3 minutes of action gives us a backstory for this quick-witted sharpshooter, detailing the backstory of the character. For potential players who have not seen the previews form Gamescom 2023, it also gives a glimpse of the dual pistol welder in action, although not in game. More importantly, this ‘Robo Rodeo’ reflects the attitude of this upcoming title and its character. With a much edgier dialogue than the likes of Honkai Star Rail, that creeps close to the fourth wall, this new trailer is hopefully just the first of many.
The new Zenless Zone Zero teaser drops just ahead of the second closed beta test phase. Due to start on 24 November at 11:00 UTC+8, the trailers tests should give us a better look at the dynamic combat and gameplay mechanics of this free to playa action combat adventure before it arrives on PC and mobiles.
