ZZZ – Check Out Seed Animated Short Film ‘Love, Death & Constructs’

Developer HoYoverse shared the latest Zenless Zone Zero animated short ‘Love, Death & Constructs’, dedicated to the relationship between Seed Sr. and Seed Jr., or little Flora. The video goes into detail on how the two met and what is the deal with the current, playable Seed. Check it out!

“A tiny bud blooming in the ruins — is it destined to be watered by tears? But that’s what love is. In the end, even just a bit of sunlight, air, and dust can nurture a cascade of falling petals. One day, the seed will sprout, the flowers will bloom, and you… will find your heart.”

Seed joins the roster in the first half of ZZZ Version 2.2, accompanied by the first rerun of Trigger (S-rank Electro Stun). Any day is Obol Squad day if you squint hard enough!

Seed is an orphan that was found inside Hollow Zero. Until he’s fallen asleep, Seed Sr. was the one taking care of her. But with the big robot unavailable, now it’s the duty of Captain Magus and the Obol Squad. As a genius mechanic, the girl has transformed the mecha into a formidable partner with overwhelming firepower and suppression capabilities. Now she excels in synergizing with other Attack agents to enhance the team’s sustained damage output.

The second half will see the release of Orphie & Magus as well as the rerun of Evelyn. S-rank battle Bangboo Mercury joins the line-up to wrap up the Obol Squad.
