HoYoverse’s urban action Zenless Zone Zero is back with a new character teaser dedicated to Vivian. Titled ‘When Birds Sing’, it shows her reflecting on her unique ability to see prophecies, and people’s reactions to it. It also reflects just what Phaethon means to her.
“If I had never met the sun, would darkness bind my wings from taking flight? If I cherish the sun, will its radiance keep me as its own?”
In Version 1.7, Phaethon siblings will finally start receiving some answers. The missing Sacrifice Core, the Exaltists’ secret scheme, and more will come into play. As they share the same goal, the mayor will invite the Proxies and Mockingbird to cooperate on resolving the Sacrifice Crisis together. The update kicks off on April 23, bringing along Vivian’s debut banner.
Vivian, as an S-rank Ether Anomaly Agent, dances across the battlefield with a parasol and rapier, seamlessly shifting between grounded and aerial attacks. Her Basic Attack: Featherbloom amplifies Anomaly damage and synergizes with allies’ EX Special Attacks to boost the team’s Corruption damage.
