Newegg has officially leveled up its HQ. The company unveiled the Newegg Gamer Zone, a 2,300-square-foot gaming arena built inside its headquarters in Diamond Bar, California, and it is packed with more tech than most of us could afford in three lifetimes of impulse buying. The Gamer Zone’s grand opening kicked off Tuesday, August 26, 2025, with a private event celebrating Intel Gamer Days. Partners, creators, influencers, city officials, and members of the local community had the first crack at the new space.
So, what’s inside? For starters, PC gaming stations powered by ABS prebuilt rigs sporting some hardcore tech, including Intel Core Ultra 7 265KF processors and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 GPUs. If you want something a little more sci-fi, the $25,000 Cooler Master ORB X semi-enclosed cockpit is there to swallow you whole in RGB glory. VR fans can jump into a mixed-reality zone featuring a Virtuix Omni One treadmill, complete with green screens and live-streaming integration, so you can actually run from zombies instead of just panic-rolling your chair across the room.
Racing fans are not left out either. Full cockpit setups from Fanatec and Thermaltake include triple monitor rigs, pedals, and quick-release steering wheels for when you want to pretend your daily commute is the Monaco Grand Prix. And yes, console fans get their own corner too, with setups featuring the Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5 Pro, Xbox Series X, and Meta Quest 3 VR.
Creators and streamers get love as well. The Gamer Zone includes broadcast stations with Cooler Master’s MasterHUB, BirdDog 4K cameras, Elgato Stream Deck XLs, and RØDE/DJI microphones. Whether you are an aspiring Twitch star or just want to look way too professional in your Discord hangouts, this setup has you covered.
In total, the Gamer Zone houses over $200,000 worth of hardware and tech. That includes peripherals from ASUS, MSI, Corsair, Cougar, ASRock, and Fractal Design, along with enterprise-level networking gear from Netgear to keep gameplay and streams smooth.
Newegg plans to use the venue for company-led events and private community gatherings. Newegg says the Gamer Zone was built to bring people together through technology, not just to show off shiny toys. It will host tournaments, tech workshops, student programs, and special events in partnership with local businesses and institutions.
The launch also ties into the Newegg Gamer Community, a global digital platform the company recently rolled out, where PC fans can share builds and flex their creativity online. With the Gamer Zone, Newegg now has a physical space to match that mission, creating what the company calls a unified ecosystem for collaboration, connection, and good old-fashioned gaming.
So, if you ever wanted to see what $200K worth of gaming gear looks like crammed into one room, Diamond Bar just became the nerdiest pilgrimage spot in California.
