Developer HoYoverse is back with more information regarding the upcoming Genshin Impact Version Luna II Phase I – Banners, Events, and more! The update launches on October 22nd, with the pre-download available now.
Just as Flins took Lunar Charged reaction to new heights in Luna I, Nefer (5-star Dendro Catalyst) aims to do that with Lunar Bloom, initially introduced by Lauma in the previous version. She can harness Verdant Dew to trigger powerful Lunar-Bloom damage.
By using her Elemental Skill, she can absorb Verdant Dew, transforming her Charged Attacks into special Charged Attacks that consume no Stamina and deal Lunar-Bloom damage. Additionally, once the party enters Ascendant Gleam state, Nefer can convert Dendro Cores on the field into Seeds of Deceit, which can be used to further enhance the damage of her special Charged Attacks.
What’s more, as the head of the Curatorium of Secrets, she possesses an uncanny ability to sense when even the most unassuming people are hiding something. Players can trade all the intel she collects at the Adventurers’ Guild in exchange for access to fun side stories.

The banner’s 4-stars allow you to build a quick F2P Lunar Bloom comp, especially if you throw Aino in, but there are many ways to improve it.
Genshin Impact – Luna II Phase I Events Include:
- Limited-time Archon Quest rewards. Complete the Archon Quest within the specified duration to obtain Primogems x560, Character Ascension Materials, and other rewards.
- Saurian Sojourn (October 24–November 3). Coordinate closely with your Saurian companion to gather Adventure Coins and reach the destination together.
- Stygian Onslaught update (October 29–December 2). Complete challenge objectives of different difficulties to obtain Primogems, Dust of Enlightenment, and more.
- Imaginarium Theater update (November 1).
