Following the latest special program dedicated to Honkai: Star Rail Version 3.5, developer HoYoverse is back with a glimpse of things to come in the future. Evernight, the 5-star form of March 7th, will be gracing HSR with her presence in V3.6. She’s followed by another old friend: Dan Heng, in his shiny new Preservation form, Permansor Terrae. Evernight – 5-star Ice Remembrance
Despite Cyrene’s insistent warning, March 7th decided to visit Amphoreus herself to help the Trailblazer and Dan Heng. After all, the three of them together are quite an unstoppable force! However, the manner of her visit and the revelation that she’d been to Amphoreus before weave a tale of mystery. Just what is her past, and will we see any of it explained in the coming story?
The third month of Amphoreus is the month reserved for the Veil of Evernight… Then let us call this incarnation — the shadow of her — ‘Evernight.’ Only March could pick Amphoreus’ third month, their analog of March, as her new 5-star Ice Remembrance form’s name. Quite fitting, even if her general vibe is quite different from the usual bubbly, perky girl we’ve gotten used to.
In the secluded Memory Zone, candlelight casts echoes of the past, softly fading away in the mist. Evernight, child of Remembrance born from the shadow, Chrysos Heir who conceals the Coreflame of Time, you shall stir the tide of Oblivion, guarding the wish of the mirrored soul.

Dan Heng: Permansor Terrae – 5-star Physical Preservation
New form coming with each planet Dan Heng steps the foot on and actively participates in the plot of? It’s more likely than you think! Taking upon the Coreflame of Georios, the Pillar of Stone, Dan Heng: Permansor Terrae follows the path of Preservation and has Physical element.
“As you can see, that transformation was brought about by the power of the Permanence. Though you may have many questions, I’d like to reintroduce myself before I answer them — I am the Guard of the Astral Express, your companion, Dan Heng the Nameless.”
The chest of Georios and the body of walking dragon shoulder the shattered earth, enduring a thousand years of suffering. Nameless Dan Heng, Chrysos Heir who guards the Earth’s Coreflame, must steady the world as it falls, and guide all life across the land to a new home beyond. All rivers flow to the sea, mountains echo in chorus, the path of Permanence shall stretch beyond horizons.
Note the interesting discrepancy: despite obviously being March 7th in at least some way, Evernight does not follow the same naming rules. Dan Heng: Imbibitor Lunae & Dan Heng: Permansor Terrae vs. simply Evernight, not March 7th: Evernight. What does that mean? Is it someone possessing March’s body? An alternate personality? Her old memories breaking out? Stay tuned to find out!
