Developer Kuro Games and PlayStation have shared a brand-new Wuthering Waves gameplay showcase, focusing on the upcoming Version 3.0 and the new region of Lahai-Roi. The video also features previously revealed Resonators, Lynae and Mornye.
“Open-world Action RPG Wuthering Waves’ Version 3.0 update is on the horizon. Rovers will take the new Utility, “Expedition Motorbike,” to explore the brand-new area, Lahai-Roi. This video showcases a test build of Version 3.0.”
Lahai-Roi is where the seed of civilization is buried, ready to thrive, and the next stop on Rover’s journey after the adventure in Rinascita. On this journey, the Arbiter will reveal new mysteries, learn new secrets and powers, and meet new characters.
With Rinascita introducing flying, what could potentially top it? How about your very own bike that even allows you to swap into first-person view mode? Players will also need to learn to navigate the Void Storm, a Waveworn Phenomenon unique to Lahai-Roi, that envelopes the region. From the video above, you can also see that most (but not all!) of the Echoes found there look mechanized. The region also introduces new jumping challenges and ways to explore the world.
