Angels of Delusion have been something of a worst kept secret in all of Zenless Zone Zero. The faction was leaked way back under the name of Virtual Idols, but instead of ignoring the rumors, the developers and artist WATERKUMA have officially acknowledged their existence.
Since then, we’ve been getting crumbs such as the dialogues around the Reverb Arena and Starloop zones, the promise of the group making its appearance in Season 2, and, finally, a certain character joining the Proxies and Astra Yao during the summer celebration in V2.1.
Now, we get a step closer to getting the idols in-game, with HoYoverse starting official YouTube and X (previously Twitter) accounts for the group!
At the moment, we don’t know even a vague time window for when Angels of Delusion will make their debut in-game. The latest Version 2.3 introduced Lucia, Yidhari, and Manato, while the upcoming V2.4 will let players pull for Dialyn and Banyue. Zhao and Ye Shunguang also hover somewhere in the distance, so your bet for the arrival of this trio is as good as mine!
